I’ve spent over a decade turning the chaos of fast-paced start-up environments into structured success stories. With six of those years in senior leadership roles, I’ve built and led global operations, often as the only woman and the only woman of color in the room. Navigating these spaces taught me to advocate fiercely for myself and others, using quantifiable data to cut through the noise and secure the resources and promotions we deserved. After years of thriving in the tech world, I made a pivotal decision to step back for my mental health. I realized my true calling was where my skills and passion intersected: coaching.
My journey showed me the profound impact of having a mentor and coach who shares your experiences, celebrates your wins, and listens when you feel unheard. This lack of representation in my career inspired me to focus on coaching women, providing the guidance I once needed. While my experiences have equipped me with a wealth of knowledge, I knew the importance of formal education to refine my skills further.
That’s why I chose to study at the Jay Shetty Institute becoming an Accredited Coach.
My mission is to support women through their professional and personal challenges, helping them transition from a scarcity mindset to one of abundance. If you’re ready to transform your life, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Small talk, dishonesty, tomatoes (nothing personal), and gate keeping.
Being a full-on soccer mom, researching women's psychology, watching Bravo (not so guilty pleasure), eating good food, and listening to good music!
